We approach the physical exercise of human using motion analysis technique. Our target includes anything concerning body movement such as skill of athlete, prevention of sports injury, behavior in daily life. The students learn background theories and experiment techniques, and will make a graduation thesis based on the data obtained through motion analysis experiments.
In biomechanics, we will develop a better understanding of the structure and function of body on the basis of "force" and "motion". If you have an interest of, for example, "How does the movement of top athlete differ?" or "I want to learn a right motion", you will find a good research problem irrespective of your sports experience.
